复旦大学硕士毕业， 资深IBDP经济学考官与认识论（TOK）国际考官兼复评分官（中英双语），外部评估官，华东师范大学国际比较教育所研究生IB师资班首位特聘讲师，学术主任、校长助理。
从事IB教育十余年工作期间，历任经济学学科组长，人文学科组（MYP，DP）负责人，TOK协调员，EE协调员，IBDP 负责人，知名教育集团学术总监，亚洲最大模拟联合国平台组织学术顾问等经历，在IB师资培训，IBDP咨询，授权，复审及项目运作管理经验丰富，并有帮助多所IB学校成功获得授权案例。曾参与过校译、修订IBO官方2013年版（TOK）认识论教师参考资料（TSM），多年参与经济学（高水平），认识论（TOK）的全球统考阅卷评估工作并在阅卷质量与数量方面多次刷新全球纪录。IB组织，IBDP授权访问小组成、TOK培训官等储备人选。同时也是TOK2020年新大纲全球通用中文教材的编著小组核心成员。
