上周六晚上我们跟随康奈尔大学植物学院学长的脚步来到了在冬日阳光下的康奈尔大学校园里，两位在这里求学的学长开着车，带大家参观了世界第一的建筑学院和酒店管理学院等众多知名学院。学长的分享从美景到美食，从硬件到人文，从学习到生活，让大家一览名校风采。今天小编带大家重温一下这所世界级名校的迷人之处。

康奈尔大学2020年US News美国大学排名第17。作为所有藤校中华人比例最高的学校，在这里学习显得格外亲切。胡适就毕业于康奈尔大学的文科专业，中国著名桥梁专家，武汉长江大桥设计者茅以升也同样在康奈尔完成他的硕士学位课程。康奈尔大学的知名毕业生包括：掌上电脑和 iPod 的发明者、诺贝尔和普利策奖得主、美国航天航空局宇航员等。

Cornell University is ranked 17th in US News in 2020. At this Ivy League university, which has the largest number of Chinese in the world, studying here is particularly kind. 首先，我们来看一下康奈尔近年的录取情况：

根据以上图表可以看出，康奈尔的本科申请人数逐年增加，但录取人数却反而略有降低，如在刚刚过去的2019年秋季这一批申请者中，康奈尔本科招生办共收到了近五万份申请，录取占比仅仅百分之十左右（含非学位项目学生及运动员级别的特招生）。

其次，我们来看一下学院分别的本科学位项目录取情况：

根据以上数据可以看出，在美国本科录取审核过程中占比很重要的SAT这一项考试中，两个单项分数位于750-800分数段申请者，都是录取率最高的。SAT MATH这一项高于750申请者的录取率更是高达百分之七十二，而低于700的申请者中录取率仅有百分之八。

According to the above data, it can be seen that in the SAT test, which plays an important role in the undergraduate admission review process in the United States, two applicants with single scores in the 750-800 score band have the highest admission rates.
